Engaging Members Committed to Mental Health
Since 2022, I have been working with One Mind at Work particularly focused on building, launching, and bolstering the resources of the Mental Health at Work Index. At the beginning of 2025, my role with the organization grew and I now serve at the Director of Member Engagement in a part-time role to manage, grow, and bring additional value to the One Mind at Work Membership.
Through the application of best practices based on the latest organizational psychology research, we create resources, connect the community, and support members directly in their workplace mental health efforts. This may look like reviewing and giving input on the employee engagement survey for a global company with over 300,000 employees, or reviewing the mental health strategy draft for a 10 person startup company struggling to apply resources to mental health despite believing in it. We tailor recommendations, resources, and our team’s expert support to each case and scenario.
I have always loved building and managing communities of values-aligned people and businesses. Memberships and communities in general are often complex, changing, dependent on the tides of economic trends and realities, and non-linear because they are a collection of relationships. It is a reminder that all work is ultimately relational and dependent on human connection, which is why the work of engaging and supporting members is so meaningful to me.
