See Change Sessions 2025

From September 16 to 18, I had the honor of co-facilitating the Whole Health track of See Change Sessions in Burlington, Vermont. See Change has cracked the code of creating a conference that is truly fun, beautiful, and full of diverse minds and voices focused on driving change through their work. Each track zeros in on a systemic topic (earth observation data, extended producer responsibility policies, entrepreneurial communities) and walks through several days together to better understand the topic, connect across different perspectives and unearth solutions, ideas, and collaborations to address the topic.

The Whole Health Track was created in partnership with our Track Partner Cara Feldman-Hunt from the University of Vermont Osher Center for Integrative Health. Marielena Octavio and I were the facilitators for the track and worked collaboratively with Cara to understand the goals and design a program agenda that would meet those goals while prioritizing connection among the group.

Learn more about the objectives we set and what happened in the Whole Health report. The work we did together also informed Cara’s thesis in her Whole Health Leadership PhD. We found the experience to be deeply impactful in bringing people together in the Vermont healthcare environment and across the country (and globe) to reimagine how we care for our health holistically and the multidisciplinary, cross-sector approach needed to make meaningful progress.
