I partner with organizations working to create environments where people flourish, teams connect authentically, and meaningful work happens by design.
work better
together
my approach
I work at the intersection of organizational psychology, human-centered design, and cross-sector systems thinking. I bring the research of what really works to change behavior and build trust together with the tools of how to effectively diagnose and design lasting change. My experience inside global companies, nonprofits, regional governments equips my customized approach that gets you input and strategies that actually work in your context.
Everything I do is aimed at making work more human. I work with leaders, teams, and individuals to create the conditions for high-functioning, connected, and healthy work.
designing work differently
Most workplaces know that psychological safety, retention, and leadership quality matter. Far fewer know how to cultivate these outcomes amidst urgent demands and limited resources.
I’ve spent my career sitting inside the gap between what organizations and leaders say they value and what happens day to day. My job is to close it.
Lodge Labs exists to help your organization and its people thrive by strengthening team cohesion, unlocking creativity, and building the conditions for sustainable performance.
how I work
Listen. I start by listening to you, your leaders, team members, and other stakeholders to understand what’s underneath the surface.
Design. I bring back what I’ve heard in a clear, actionable format (a strategy, a framework, a plan) that is customized for your environment.
Sustain. I don’t hand you a document and leave. I stay close through implementation, support iterations and improvement, weather challenges, and track progress to report on success.
about me
I’m Grace Lodge and I started Lodge Labs in 2021 because I kept seeing the same thing: organizations with good intentions and no real infrastructure for living them out. I bring principles of organizational psychology, human-centered design, and systems thinking into how companies grow.
Through a network of collaborators specializing in facilitation, communications, design, data visualization, psychology, learning and development, and engagement, I assemble the right team for each project.
My approach is rooted in the belief that organizational health and performance are inseparable. 'Labs' reflects a methodology: I work with clients and partners to experiment, iterate, and co-create solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms at the individual, team, and systems levels.
