ABOUT LODGE LABS

We spend the majority of our time at work; we believe that work should be a place where we express ourselves and our purpose.

After nearly a decade of working in-house with businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies in community management, I wanted to take the tools and strategies I’d developed over the years and see if I could apply them on a larger scale through Lodge Labs. I’ve spent my career reflecting on what makes a workplace and its people not only function, but thrive. I believe that we should strive for a more integrated experience when it comes to our careers and workplaces.

My interdisciplinary and data-driven approach is centered around my own core values and beliefs, and I look for clients who are aligned. I started Lodge Labs because we deserve to live our lives in a way that acknowledges and celebrates our humanity and potential as creative engines for change. Thriving organizations come from thriving people and I’m passionate about giving organizations and their employees the resources and support needed to achieve their goals. Growth and wellbeing can go hand-in-hand. Together, we can determine the right moves to help your organization make lasting positive change.

GRACE LODGE

My greatest strength is my ability to listen to others and put myself in their shoes. I have always had a passion for building bridges of connection across seemingly opposite poles.

In 2021, I started Lodge Labs because aligning company tenets with action can be challenging. That's why I take a holistic approach with each new client, working to deeply understand their mission, values, and overall energy before jumping in. My high-touch, personalized style resonates with clients seeking something more significant than an isolated project. We share a common goal of accomplishing something important and impactful, beyond a simple business transaction. I have a wide network of talented collaborators I work with, as needed, to ensure your project is fully realized.

I grew up in NYC, Tokyo, and rural Colorado and have learned to adapt to, understand, and work with different people and cultures with respect and curiosity. I now live in Newburgh, NY, the unceded, ancestral lands of the Lenape, Munsee, Mohican, and Schaghticoke peoples, with my husband, Ethan, and our two dogs, Bambi and Chichi.
